Actifed tablets are used to relieve the symptoms of cold, flu and allergies including sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, nasal congestion and blocked sinuses.

Directions/Usage:
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: One tablet every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Common Side Effects:
Possible side effects of this medicine include:
Dizziness, drowsiness, reduced alertness, and impaired hearing
Do not drive or operate machinery if affected
Stop taking the medicine and seek medical help if you experience:
Reduced blood flow to the heart (causing chest, neck, back, jaw, shoulder, or arm pain)
Swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue, or throat (causing difficulty swallowing or breathing)
Allergic reactions including severe skin rashes, blistering, or peeling of the skin, and itching
Unusual tiredness, unexpected bruising or bleeding, and increased susceptibility to infections
Hallucinations or paranoid delusions (seeing or hearing things that are not there)
Sudden onset of severe headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, fits, or visual disturbances
Low blood pressure, sleep disturbances, and increased awareness of heartbeat
Other possible side effects may include:
Anxiety, difficulty urinating, headache, blurred vision, difficulty performing tasks
Thickened mucus, dry mouth, upset stomach or nausea
Difficulty sleeping, dizziness, drowsiness, or nervousness
Storage Advice:
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use Actifed Tablets after the expiry date which is stated on the carton label and blister after ‘EXP’. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not store above 25°C.
Store in original container to protect from moisture and light
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste
