CLAMOXIN 457MG SUSP
This medication is indicated for the treatment of pharyngitis and tonsillitis, acute bacterial otitis media, maxillary sinusitis, lower respiratory tract infections including pneumonia, acute and chronic bronchitis, skin and skin-structure infections, lower urinary tract infections, gonorrhea, early Lyme disease, meningitis, and for surgical prophylaxis.

Added ingredients include Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Methocel-E5 Premium, Aspartame, Succinic acid, Xanthan gum, Orange dry powder, Golden Caramel, Pineapple dry powder.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Known allergy to cephalosporins
Psuedomembraneous colitis

DOSAGE
20-60mg/kg body weight in three divided doses, per doctor’s prescription.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
This drug may cause nausea, vomiting, and abdominal discomfort. Rarely, angioedema, pruritus, or rash may occur. Report to the pharmacist or physician if side effects worsen or last more than a few days.

STORAGE
Store dry powder below 25oC. Once reconstituted, store in the refrigerator at 2-8oC and use within 7 days. Protect from sunlight and heat.
