Fragmin Inj 2500iu is a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) anticoagulant used to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).

Dosage

•  Prevention of DVT: 2500 IU subcutaneously once daily.
•  Treatment of DVT/PE: 100-200 IU/kg subcutaneously twice daily.
