Prescription:

  • OTC

Dosage:

  • Adults and children 12 years and older: 10 mg once daily (1 tablet).
  • Children aged 6–12 years: 5 mg once daily (1/2 tablet) or as directed by a healthcare provider.
  • Children aged 2–6 years: Consult a doctor for the proper dose.
  • For patients with renal impairment, the dose may need to be adjusted.
