Why do you need to give this medicine?
Samalin (Adult Formula) Syrup is used for Bronchitis, Cough, Chest congestion, Cold, Allergies, High fever, Sinus congestion and pressure and other conditions. Samalin (Adult Formula) Syrup may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT
Diphenhydramine, Ammonium Chloride and Menthol BP

INDICATION
· Bronchitis
· Sinusitis
· Cough
· Chest congestion
· Cold
· Allergies
· High fever
· Sinus congestion and pressure

CONTRAINDICATION
Porphyira

DOSAGE
Adult
5-10 mL, every 3-4 hours

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECT
Irritation in the gastric mucosa, drowsiness, blurred vision, agitation, dry mouth.

CAUTION
Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how this medication affects you
Avoid taking this drug too close to bedtime
Consult your doctor if suffering from lung infection, breathing difficulty while resting, blood in the mucus, fever and chest pain, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe uncontrolled asthma, stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems
Consult your doctor immediately if you develop breathing difficulty, swelling on your face, neck throat or tongue
Do not use continuously or more than the recommended duration

STORAGE
Store away from heat, direct light, and below 30˚C.
