Directions / Usage
- For patients ≥5 kg body weight
- Generally dosed twice daily for 3 days (dosing schedule depends on body weight) – exact regimen provided by prescriber or packaging
- Start treatment as early as possible after malaria is confirmed
Common Side Effects
- Possible side effects similar to artemether/lumefantrine: headache, dizziness, weakness, anorexia, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
- Monitor for allergic reactions and ECG changes (QT prolongation)
