Each tablet contains:

Retinol acetate (vitamin A)  300 mcg

Betacarotene  1.8 mg

Colecalciferol (vitamin D3)  15 mcg

Lutein  500 mcg

Lycopene 600 mcg

Phytomenadione (vitamin K1)  25 mcg

Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 10.8 mg

Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1)  2.18 mg

Nicotinamide  15 mg

Riboflavin (vitamin B2)  3.2 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)  8 mg

Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)  25 mcg

Biotin (vitamin H)  45 mcg

dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E)  75 mg

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C)  90 mg

ADDED INFORMATION

This drug contains Potential allergens: Soybean oil, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Do not use if allergic to or intolerant of any of the ingredients.

DOSAGE

Take 1 tablet every day with water.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS 

This drug may cause Abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea.

Report to the pharmacist or physician if side effects worsen or last more than a few days.

WARNING

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose/amount. 

If you are taking other supplements, read the label, since these supplements may contain the same ingredients.

Product contains iron, which can be harmful to children if taken in large doses. In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or poison control centre immediately

Report to you doctor immediately if you have an allergic reaction to this medication

STORAGE

Store at or below 30oC in a cool, dry place. Keep the container firmly closed.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date shown on the carton.
