Clindac A Topical Solution 1% (Clindac A brand) is a topical antibiotic liquid used to treat acne vulgaris (pimples, blackheads, whiteheads) on the face, chest, back, and other areas. It reduces acne-causing bacteria (primarily Propionibacterium acnes), decreases inflammation, excess oil production, and clogged pores. It is effective for mild to moderate inflammatory acne.
