CLORIFORT PESSARY

Why do you need to give this medicine? Clorifort pessaries are used for the localized treatment of vaginal candidiasis or thrush. For vaginal use only. 

INGREDIENTS

Each pessary of clorifort contains 100mg of Clotrimazole 

ADDED INFORMATION

This product contains lactose, cetostearate and microcrystalline cellulose

Do not use if allergic to or intolerant of any of these ingredients.

CONTRAINDICATION

This drug is contraindicated if there is hypersensitivity

DOSAGE

For adults and children >12 years, one 100mg pessary inserted vaginally once a day for 7 days.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS 

Most of the side effects do not need medical attention. They may include itching and irritability. If irritation or sensitivity develops, discontinue the use of this medication.

WARNING

Avoid the use of this drug if there is hypersensitivity to clotrimazole. 

Clorifort should not be used in pregnancy.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
