COLD NASO DROP

Why do you need to give this medicine? Cold Nasal Drops is a medicine used to treat nasal congestion (blocked nose) caused by the common cold or flu, hay fever, and other allergies. It shrinks blood vessels in your nose to relieve nasal congestion and blockage.

INGREDIENTS

This product contains 0.5% w/v of ephedrine hydrochloride.

This medicine is not recommended for children below 6 years

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Allergy to any of the constituents

DOSAGE

For adults and children 6-12 years:

One to two drops into each affected nostril up to 4 times daily

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS 

This drug may lead burning sensation in the nose and throat, local irritation, nausea, headache, and dry nose. Report to the pharmacist or physician if side effects worsen or last more than a few days.

WARNING

talk to your doctor about any health problems you have such as heart problems or high blood pressure (hypertension) or overactive thyroid gland or glaucoma, or prostate enlargement.’

Do not use for more than 7 days as it can cause rebound congestion

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Store below 30°C, in the original package, protected from moisture and light.
