Dosage

•  Anxiety: 2-5mg IV/IM every 3-4 hours as needed
•  Seizures: 5-10mg IV/IM every 3-4 hours as needed
•  Muscle spasms: 2-5mg IV/IM every 3-4 hours as needed
•  Sedation: 2-5mg IV/IM every 3-4 hours as needed
