• Anxiety: 5-10mg orally 2-4 times a day
• -nsomnia: 5-10mg orally at bedtime
• Seizures: 5-10mg orally 2-4 times a day
•  Muscle spasms: 5-10mg orally 2-4 times a day
•  Sedation: 5-10mg orally 30 minutes to 1 hour before procedure
