Diclonova 75mg (Pharmanova brand) is a sustained-release (SR) capsule formulation of diclofenac sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute musculoskeletal pain, low back pain, dental pain, post-operative pain, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), and other inflammatory or painful conditions.
