Dosage

•  Infants 3-6 months: 2.5-5 mL (1/2 to 1 teaspoon) every 4-6 hours
•  Children 6-12 months: 5-10 mL (1 to 2 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours
•  Children 1-2 years: 10-15 mL (2 to 3 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours
