Description:
 Panalex 500 mg is a pain reliever and antipyretic (fever reducer) tablet. It is used for relief of mild to moderate pain (e.g. headache, toothache, muscle aches) and for reducing fever. 

Prescription:
 Over-the-counter (OTC), not requiring a prescription. 

Therapeutic Category:
 Analgesic / Antipyretic (pain reliever and fever reducer) 

Active Ingredients / Composition:
 Each tablet contains paracetamol (acetaminophen) 500 mg as the active ingredient. 

Other inactive (excipients) ingredients are not detailed in the sources I found.

Variant:
 Standard tablet, 500 mg strength. The “500 mg” denotes its paracetamol content. 

Consume Type:
 Oral — the tablet is swallowed with water.

Directions / Usage:

  • Use caution if used concomitantly with other drugs that stress the liver (e.g., some anticonvulsants, isoniazid, etc.).
