Promethazine Syr Ecl is an antihistamine syrup used to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as itching, sneezing, and runny nose. It is also used to treat nausea and vomiting, as well as insomnia.

•  Adults: 10-20 mL (25-50 mg) every 4-6 hours as needed.
•  Children 2-12 years: 5-10 mL (12.5-25 mg) every 4-6 hours as needed.
