Description
Promethazine Tab is an antihistamine tablet used to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as itching, sneezing, and runny nose. It is also used to treat nausea and vomiting, as well as insomnia.
Prescription
- Prescription-only medication (Rx-only) in some countries, while available over-the-counter (OTC) in others.
Dosage
- Adults: 12.5-25 mg every 4-6 hours as needed.
- Children 2-12 years: 6.25-12.5 mg every 4-6 hours as needed.
