Stopkof Children Syrup is a pediatric cough and cold preparation produced by Ernest Chemists Limited in Ghana.

It comes in a viscous red syrup with a sweet cherry flavor. Each 5ml contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1mg and Ammonium Chloride 50mg. It is an antihistamine and expectorant antitussive preparation.

Stopkof Children Syrup is available over-the-counter in 100ml bottles. The dosage is 2.5-5ml every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.
