Twynsta is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Telmisartan (80mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), and Amlodipine (10mg), a calcium channel blocker (CCB). This dual-action formula helps to lower blood pressure effectively by relaxing blood vessels.

Dosage:

• Typical Dosage: 1 tablet once daily.
• For Hypertension: The usual starting dose is Telmisartan 40mg/Amlodipine 5mg once daily.
• If additional blood pressure control is needed, the dose may be increased to Twynsta 80mg/10mg.
• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered, but do not double-dose.
