Composition:
– Paracetamol
– Diclofenac Sodium

Indications:
For symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, post-operative pain, headaches, and dysmenorrhea.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or excipients, active peptic ulcer, hemorrhagic diathesis, cerebrovascular bleeding, severe heart failure.

Side Effects:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, sweating, and skin rashes.

Variants/Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablet twice or thrice daily after food or as directed by physician.

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
