Description:
A non‑drowsy cough syrup formulated to soothe dry, tickly coughs and sore throats. It helps relieve the irritating sensation in the throat that causes the cough even when there is no mucus.

Prescription:

  • Over‑the‑counter (OTC) medication.

Therapeutic Category:

  • Cough remedy / Demulcent

  • Throat soother / non‑productive cough suppressant (though this product does not contain classical cough‑suppressant drug, but soothing agents)

Active Ingredients / Composition:

  • Glycerol 0.75 ml per 5 ml
  • Sucrose 1.707 g per 5 ml

Consume Type :

  • Oral (syrup) use. Take by mouth.

Directions / Usage:

  • Children 1–5 years: 5 mL, 3‑4 times per 24 hours as needed.

  • Adults and children over 5 years: 10 mL, 3‑4 times per 24 hours as needed.

  • Generally well tolerated.

  • Possible sensitivity/allergic reactions if one is allergic to any ingredient.

  • Because of sugar content: tooth decay, issues for diabetics.
