Blue Polar Ice Gel is a topical analgesic gel formulated to provide relief from minor muscle and joint aches. It is designed for external use and is suitable for individuals aged 2 years and above. The gel induces a cooling sensation upon application, followed by a warming effect, which helps alleviate pain and discomfort.

 Dosage:

• Adults and Children (2 years and older): Apply liberally to the affected area and massage gently until absorbed.
  
• Frequency: Repeat 3 to 4 times daily as needed.
  
• Caution: Avoid use on children under 2 years of age.

Consume Type:

Directions/Usage:

1. Ensure the affected area is clean and dry.
   
2. Open the container and remove the red seal.
   
3. Apply a generous amount of gel to the painful area.
   
4. Gently massage the gel into the skin until absorbed.
   
5. Wash hands thoroughly after application, unless treating the hands.​
