How it works:
Simethicone works by breaking down large gas bubbles trapped in the baby’s tummy into smaller bubbles, making them easier to pass as burps or farts, thus relieving discomfort and pain.
Active ingredients
Simeticone 40mg/ml and Oxethazaine 5mg/5m
Indications:
Relieving griping pain, infant colic, and wind in babies from birth onwards
Contraindications:
Not known to have any major contraindications
Consult a doctor if your baby has any underlying medical conditions
Dosage:
For babies under 1 month old: 1 dropper (0.5ml) 3 times a day
For babies over 1 month old: 1-2 droppers (0.5ml – 1ml) 3-4 times a day
Maximum daily dose: 8 droppers (4ml)
Always give Infacol directly into the baby’s mouth or mix it with breastmilk or formula in a spoon
