   Why do you need to give this medicine?
   This medication is a combination medication used for the treatment of high blood pressure, not well controlled on either of the drugs alone.

INGREDIENTS
Each tablet contains 100 mg losartan potassium equivalent to 91.52 mg losartan, and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide.

THERAPEUTIC CATEGORY
Antihypertensive

ADDED INFORMATION
Each tablet contains 50 mg lactose monohydrate.
Swallow with a half glass of water.
This medication can be taken with or without food.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Allergy to any of the constituents
Severe kidney or liver impairment
Gout
Etc.

DOSAGE
Adult: 1 tablet once a day.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
This drug may lead to headache, dizziness, blurred vision, pain in the back or joints, dry mouth, diarrhea, nausea. Report to the pharmacist or physician if side effects worsen or last more than a few days.

WARNING
Do not use together with other antihypertensives containing aliskren
Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Avoid the use of over the counter analgesics without a prescription from your physician.
