Prescription:

 Dosage:

•     Adults: 2.5-7.5 mg intravenously or intramuscularly 15-30 minutes before surgery or procedure
•     Elderly: 1.25-2.5 mg intravenously or intramuscularly 15-30 minutes before surgery or procedure
•     Children: Consult a doctor before use
