Efpac Junior Oral Suspension 100ml  is a paediatric analgesic and antipyretic syrup containing paracetamol (acetaminophen). It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain (e.g., headache, toothache, earache, sore throat, muscle aches) and to reduce fever associated with common colds, flu, teething, immunizations, or other minor illnesses in children. • Children 1–5 years: 5–10 ml (1–2 teaspoons) every 4–6 hours as needed.
