Efpac Tablets  is a combination analgesic and antipyretic medication. It provides effective relief from mild to moderate pain (e.g., headaches, migraines, toothache, sore throat, menstrual cramps, joint/muscle/rheumatic pain, dental pain) and reduces fever during colds, flu, or other febrile conditions. The inclusion of caffeine enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol and aspirin while counteracting potential drowsiness.

Prescription: Over-the-counter (OTC). No prescription required; widely available in Ghanaian pharmacies and chemical shops.
