Emgikof-D Syrup 100ml is a triple-action cough and cold syrup designed for the symptomatic relief of dry, irritating coughs associated with common cold, flu, allergies, or upper respiratory tract infections. It combines a cough suppressant (dextromethorphan) to reduce the urge to cough, a nasal decongestant (phenylephrine) to relieve nasal congestion, and an antihistamine (cetirizine) to control sneezing, runny nose, and allergic symptoms. It is non-drowsy or mildly sedating and suitable for adults and older children.

Prescription: Over-the-counter (OTC). No prescription required; widely available in Ghanaian pharmacies and chemical shops.
