Description:

 A gentle, sterile saline solution designed to naturally wash away nasal irritants, liquefy crusty mucus, and soothe dry sinus linings.

Active Ingredients/Composition: 

Contains Sodium Chloride 0.65% w/v or 0.9% w/v (Isotonic Saline Solution). It typically includes purified water and a mild preservative such as benzalkonium chloride to maintain sterility. 

Minerals: 

Contains elemental sodium and chloride ions. 

Variant: 

10ml dropper bottle. 

Consume Type:

 Nasal application only (instilled directly into the nostrils via the dropper bottle). Strictly forbidden for oral ingestion or injection. 

Directions/Usage:

• Adults and Children: Tilt the head slightly backward and instill 1 to 2 drops into each nostril as needed.
• Infants / Newborns: Lay the baby flat on their back, gently tilt the head, and instill 1 drop into each nostril before feeding or bedtime to ease breathing.
• Post-Application: Wait 30 to 60 seconds, then gently blow the nose or use an infant bulb aspirator to clear out thinned mucus. Can be used multiple times a day as it is entirely drug-free. 

Common Side Effects: 

Exceptionally safe and well-tolerated. A very brief, minor stinging or burning sensation, temporary sneezing, or a watery runny nose may occur immediately after installation.

Storage Advice: 

Store upright in a cool, dry place below 25°C or 30°C. Keep the cap tightly sealed to avoid environmental contamination. Do not freeze. 

Safety Advice:

• Contamination Warning: To prevent the spread of infection, do not share the same bottle with other individuals. Do not touch the nozzle tip to the inside of the nose or fingers.
• Expiry Rule: Discard the bottle 30 days after first opening even if some liquid remains, as open bottles lose sterility over time.
• Note: Unlike medicated decongestants (such as oxymetazoline), pure saline will not cause “rebound congestion” or addiction.
