Systemic Antifungal (Triazole class)
Fluconazole (2 mg/mL in infusion)
Inactive ingredients:
Sodium chloride (for isotonicity)
Water for injection
pH adjusters (e.g. sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid)

Adults:
Loading dose: 800 mg on Day 1 (depending on infection)
Maintenance: 200–400 mg daily
Pediatric doses: Based on weight (3–12 mg/kg/day)
Infusion rate: Max 10 mL/min in adults
Special cases:
Adjust in renal impairment
Use cautiously in liver disease
Headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Abdominal pain
Elevated liver enzymes
Skin rash
Dizziness
Rare: Liver failure, severe allergic reactions, QT prolongation, seizures

Single-use infusion bottles (25 mL to 200 mL)
Store below 25–30°C
Protect from light
Do not freeze
Use immediately after opening
Do not use in:
Patients allergic to fluconazole or azoles
With certain QT-prolonging drugs (e.g., cisapride)
Use with caution in:
Liver or kidney disease
Pregnant or breastfeeding women

Liver function
Renal function
Heart rhythm (ECG if needed)
