Gaviscon Double Action Syrup is a dual-action antacid and alginate formulation that provides fast and effective relief from heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. It works by neutralizing excess stomach acid and forming a physical barrier to prevent acid regurgitation into the esophagus.

• Adults and children over 12 years: 10-20 ml after meals and at bedtime, as needed.
• Children aged 6-12 years: 5-10 ml after meals and at bedtime.
