 A pleasant-tasting, non-drowsy oral liquid antihistamine formulated to effectively eliminate sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rashes.

Active Ingredients/Composition: 

Each 5ml of the syrup contains 2.5 mg of Desloratadine. Notable inactive excipients include sorbitol, propylene glycol, citric acid monohydrate, sodium benzoate, and purified water. 

Minerals: 

Contains small trace amounts of sodium (from sodium benzoate and sodium citrate preservatives).

2.5mg/5ml Liquid Syrup available standardly in 150ml or 100ml amber bottles (Nobel also manufactures a Lordes 5mg adult tablet variant).

Oral use only (enterally swallowed). 

Directions/Usage:

• Can be taken with or without food once daily.
• Dosage Protocol (By Age Group):
  • Adults and Adolescents (12+ years): 10 ml syrup (5 mg) once daily.
  • Children (6 to 11 years): 5 ml syrup (2.5 mg) once daily.
  • Children (1 to 5 years): 2.5 ml syrup (1.25 mg) once daily.
  • Infants (6 to 11 months): 2 ml syrup (1 mg) once daily.
• Administration: Always measure carefully using a commercially calibrated oral syringe or medicine cup to ensure a precise paediatric dose. 

Common Side Effects:

 Generally very well tolerated. Minor side effects may include dry mouth, fatigue, headache, sore throat (pharyngitis), or mild digestive shifts.

An amber glass or protective plastic bottle containing 150ml or 100ml of oral liquid, closed with a child-resistant cap and packaged inside a retail cardboard box alongside a measuring spoon. 

Storage Advice:

 Store in a cool, dry place strictly below 25°C or 30°C. Keep the bottle inside its original retail carton to protect the active liquid from light degradation. Do not freeze.
