It works by neutralizing excess acid in the stomach and providing symptomatic relief from acidity, heartburn, gas and gastritis.
Composition:
Each 5ml contains Light Magnesium Carbonate IP 53.5% w/v, Heavy Magnesium Carbonate IP 26.7% w/v.
