Adults:

- For long-term therapy, 1 capsule per day is usually sufficient.
- If symptoms are more pronounced at night or in the morning, take the capsule in the evening.
- Swallow the capsule whole with a small amount of liquid during or immediately after a meal.
Children:
- Not recommended due to the high content of the active substance.
