Description:

Neomidex Eye Drops are a combination ophthalmic solution containing neomycin (an antibiotic) and dexamethasone (a corticosteroid). They are used to treat bacterial eye infections and reduce associated inflammation, particularly after eye surgeries or in cases of conjunctivitis caused by organisms sensitive to neomycin. ​

Directions/Usage:

• Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4 to 6 hours. 
• In severe infections, the dosage may be increased to 1–2 drops every hour, followed by a gradual reduction as the condition improves.
