No-Spa 40mg contains drotaverine hydrochloride, an antispasmodic medication used to relieve smooth muscle spasms in the gastrointestinal tract, biliary system, urinary tract, and reproductive organs. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like abdominal cramps, menstrual pain, kidney stones, and gallbladder disorders.
