How does it work?
Serotonin and histamine antagonist; competitively inhibits H1 receptor, mediating bronchial constriction, smooth-muscle contraction, edema, hypotension, CNS depression, and cardiac arrhythmias; prevents histamine release in blood vessels and is more effective in preventing histamine response than in reversing it.

How should this medicine be used?
One capsule to be taken twice daily or as directed by the physician.

Common side effects of the drug
It may cause drowsiness, dry mouth, confusion and headache.

What precautions should I take when taking this medicine?
One should not drive or operate machinery whiles taking it.

Can I take it with other medicines?
MAO inhibitors prolong and intensify the anticholinergic effects of antihistamines. Antihistamines may have additive effects with other ONS depressants.

Are there any food restrictions?
Avoid alcohol
