• A targeted, clear liquid eye medication formulated to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) by improving the eye’s natural fluid drainage.

• Strictly Prescription-Only (Rx). It requires a formal evaluation and monitoring by an ophthalmologist (eye specialist).

Therapeutic Category: 

• Antiglaucoma preparation / Rho-kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. 

Active Ingredients/Composition: 

• Contains Ripasudil 0.4% w/v (as Ripasudil hydrochloride hydrate). It works uniquely by relaxing the eye’s trabecular meshwork cells to let excess fluid flow out more easily.

Usage & Forms:

Variant: 

• 5ml liquid drop solution housed in a squeeze bottle. 

Consume Type: 

• Ophthalmic use only (instilled strictly into the eye pocket). It must never be swallowed or injected. 
• Directions/Usage:
  • Wash hands thoroughly before use.
  • Standard clinical dosing is typically 1 drop into the affected eye(s) twice daily (morning and evening).
  • Pull down the lower eyelid to form a pocket, drop the liquid, and close your eye.
  • Gently press the inner corner of the closed eye for 1 to 2 minutes to minimize systemic absorption into the bloodstream.
  • If using other eye drops, wait at least 5 to 10 minutes between medications.

Common Side Effects: 

• Conjunctival hyperaemia (pronounced redness in the white of the eye), transient burning/stinging upon installation, eye irritation, blurred vision, and blepharitis (eyelid inflammation).

Storage Advice: 

• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Do not freeze. Discard the bottle exactly 4 weeks after opening, even if fluid remains, to prevent bacterial infection. 

Safety Advice: 

• Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye, fingers, or any surface to prevent contamination. Remove contact lenses before applying and wait 15 minutes before reinserting them. Use with caution if you have severe kidney/liver impairment, or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding. Temporary blurred vision may occur; avoid driving until vision clears.
