Tretinoin Cream 0.05% 20g is a topical retinoid medication used primarily for the treatment of acne vulgaris (including comedonal, papular, and pustular acne) and to improve the appearance of fine wrinkles, skin roughness, and mottled hyperpigmentation associated with photoaging (sun-damaged skin). It works by increasing cell turnover in the skin, unclogging pores, and promoting collagen production.
