Uperio 200 mg is a fixed-dose combination tablet of sacubitril and valsartan used for the treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). It works by enhancing protective natriuretic peptides (via neprilysin inhibition) and blocking harmful effects of the renin-angiotensin system (via angiotensin receptor blockade).
