Metro-Z Suspension is an antibiotic liquid formulation containing metronidazole 100mg per 5ml. It is used to treat bacterial infections.

Active Ingredient:
Metronidazole 100mg per 5ml

Indications:
Treatment of bacterial infections of the blood, brain, lung, bones, liver, gastrointestinal tract, skin, and pelvic area.

Contraindications:
Known hypersensitivity to metronidazole or other nitroimidazole derivatives.

Dosage:
7.5mg metronidazole/kg body weight two times a day, or as prescribed.

Caution:
Use with caution in patients with blood disorders, central nervous system disease, liver or kidney dysfunction.

Possible Side Effects:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, metallic taste, stomach upset.

Storage:
Store below 25°C, away from excess heat and moisture. Shake well before use.
