Directions/Usage

  • Adults:

    • The recommended starting dose is 75–150 mg per day (1–2 capsules), depending on the severity of symptoms.

    • For long-term therapy, 1 capsule per day is usually sufficient.

    • If symptoms are more pronounced at night or in the morning, take the capsule in the evening.

    • Swallow the capsule whole with a small amount of liquid during or immediately after a meal.

  • Children:

    • Not recommended due to the high content of the active substance.
