• 600mg Extended/Prolonged-Release tablets. It slowly releases the mineral to minimize stomach irritation.

Consume Type:

•  Oral use only (swallowed whole with water). 
• Directions/Usage:
  • Take exactly as instructed by a physician based on your blood tests.
  • Standard adult dosing often ranges from 1 tablet 2 to 3 times daily.
  • Always swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water during or immediately after meals. Do not crush, chew, or suck on the tablet.
