Topilon Cream Triple Action 30g is a combination topical cream used for the treatment of inflamed skin conditions with secondary bacterial or fungal infections. It is commonly indicated for infected eczema, infected dermatitis, ringworm with inflammation, athlete’s foot with inflammation, and other mixed skin infections. The “triple action” provides an antifungal to fight fungal infection, an antibiotic to fight bacterial infection, and a corticosteroid to reduce inflammation, itching, and redness.

Active Ingredients/Composition: Each gram of cream typically contains:

Other ingredients: White soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, emulsifying wax, purified water, and preservatives. The cream is white to off-white and smooth.

Consume Type:

Topical – Cream (applied externally to affected skin; not for oral, ophthalmic, or internal use).

Directions/Usage:

• Clean and dry the affected area gently.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin and a small area around it 2 times daily (morning and evening) or as directed.
• Gently rub in until absorbed.
• Duration: Usually 7–14 days (do not use longer than 2 weeks without medical advice).
• Do not cover with occlusive dressings unless prescribed.
